Mobile Air & Power Rentals (MAPR) provides temperature, humidity, air-quality and power solutions with portable equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Our customers include both contractors and end users in Commercial Real Estate, Education, Energy, Entertainment, Finance, Food & Beverage, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Mining, and Telecommunications vertical markets.
MAPR portable inventory includes a complete line of air-conditioners, heaters, fans/filters, dehumidifiers, air-handlers, chillers, cooling towers, generators and power distribution equipment necessary to provide complete turnkey solutions. Given the specialized nature of our applications, we have over 40-locations to provide local sales and service support. Our sales and operations teams complete site assessments, equipment sizing and turnkey installations. Our systems are installed in emergency, planned, short-term and long-term applications.

Chicago Compressor & Specialty Products (CCSP) provides remanufactured reciprocating or screw compressors built to OEM specifications. Compressors are restored using factory-approved parts, and stringent testing is performed to ensure that each unit performs equally, if not better than its brand-new equivalent. CCSP also sells custom-made and ready to ship Refrigerant Storage & Recycling equipment, Tioga portable air heaters, and AmeriCool portable cooling equipment.
CCSP provides a wide array of Refrigerant Storage & Recovery products designed for easy, convenient, and reliable service of refrigerant-based chiller or cooling systems. Units include York refrigerant receivers, RecoveryPaks, refrigerant storage/recycling systems, and PressurePak units. The primary focus of Chicago Compressor & Specialty Products is the remanufacturing of York compressors. Damaged or decommissioned compressors in all kinds of conditions are remanufactured through a rigorous process that includes breakdown, cleaning, assembly, and testing so that each unit achieves factory standards.
Beyond these offerings, CCSP also manufactures and sells Tioga Air Heaters. Tioga’s selection includes a wide variety of direct-fired and indirect-fired heaters available in trailer-mounted, skid-mounted, and self-contained configurations. Tioga’s heaters have been recognized as reliable in several industries that operate in extreme conditions, such as oil drilling. Each unit is made to order, and any heater can be modified to meet the customer’s exact needs.
Since Mobile Air & Power Rentals utilizes Tioga Air Heaters in their rental fleet, Tioga also has constant feedback on what works best out in the field. With decades of use in the rental industry, this feedback has driven significant improvements in equipment design and features that supplement the original quality of Tioga units.
Lastly, part of Chicago CSP’s line of cooling and HVAC equipment includes our selection of spot coolers, electric heaters, and dehumidifiers sold under our AmeriCool brand. AmeriCool possesses exclusive distribution rights of Weltem products in the United States. Equipment offerings include spot cooling units up to 7.5 tons, air conditioners up to 25 tons, small chiller units, and electric heaters.
