Michael has 24 years of experience in the industry, and has worked for companies such as Amsted Industries, York International, and Johnson Controls before coming to Resolute Industrial. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, in addition to a Master HVAC Contractor License. In his role, Michael focuses on Customer Experience, Team & Product Expansion, and the company’s Safety & Integrity. He is married and is the father of five boys.

Jim’s 25 years of industry experience comes from his work with companies like Dental Associates, Catalyst International, Johnson Controls, JWM, and four private equity firms. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a CPA license, and a Master’s in Business Administration. Jim’s role focuses on Integrations, Information Technology, Streamlining business processes, and Enterprise Resource Planning. He is married and has two sons, a daughter, a dog named Finn, and three grandchildren.

Soulby has 20 years of industry experience from York International, Johnson Controls, and Ingersoll Rand before moving to Resolute. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Management and a Master’s in Business Administration. His job focuses on aligning company objectives and growth strategies with systems and processes. In his free time Soulby loves to ride his motorcycle, play golf, and run an occasional marathon.

Vicky has 30 years of HR experience in the industry and has worked for Electronic Systems USA and Johnson Controls before she began her work at Resolute. Vicky holds a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. In her role she oversees Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Policy Administration, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Workplace Safety. Vicky is a believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and promotes this principle through her work. When not at work, she likes to travel, listen to music, and attend sporting events.

Kevin has 30 years of experience in the industry from Mammoth Industries, Rupp-Temp Air, Manitowoc, and Despatch Industries. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, a Master’s in Business Administration, a certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and a Lean Practitioner Certification. Kevin’s role focuses on Lean/Continuous Integration Implementation, Manufacturing and Service Operations, and Engineering Research and Development. He is married, has a daughter and three boys.

His work centers around Merger & Acquisition Integration and Specialty Industrial Market Expansion. When not working, Jim likes to spend time with his wife, his two sons, and his daughter. He also likes outdoor activities such as skiing and playing soccer.

Stefani has 13 years of marketing experience, six of which have been spent in the rental industry at American Equipment Group. Stefani is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Marketing. Her role focuses on Marketing Strategy, Branding, SEO, SEM, and the Digital Customer Experience. Stefani is currently President of the American Rental Association of Massachusetts, and a member of both the ARA Young Professionals Association and Woman of Rental Association, as well as the Association of National Advertisers – Business Marketing, and the B2B Marketing Profs Association. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending time with her daughter and Siberian Husky.

Lee’s role focuses on Sales Process and Integration, Market Growth Initiatives, and Strategic Marketing. In his free time, Lee likes to golf and spend time with his son.
